Shipping policy

We offer free shipping on all orders over $100, except to Canada and Alaska. Once an order is placed, we ship it the same day or the next business day.  For example, if you place an order on Friday, we will ship it either that day or by the following Monday.  If you place an order on Tuesday, we will ship it on Tuesday or by the end of the next day (Wednesday). Pick-up times can vary, but generally, if the order is in by noon, we will get it out the same day.

We have an account registered with UPS and USPS and have certified with them that we can ship Hazardous Materials.  We are only able to ship UPS Ground and USPS Ground within the continental United States (Not Hawaii). Shipping generally takes 1 - 4 days to arrive.

We can generally ship to Alaska by USPS, but cannot guarantee all locations are serviceable. If it cannot make it by ground, it can't be shipped there. We charge a $30 flat rate to Alaska.

We do ship to Canada, but we need confirmation from our Canadian customers prior to shipping. Confirming they understand they will incure and import fee of roughly $90 CAD that will be charged on their end when they receive a kit. We also charge UPS Rates when going to Canada.
