The finish should be smooth and may be slippery. If slipping is a concern you should use a shower mat without suction cups and remove the shower mat when not using it to let the repair dry between uses. The best way to get the longest life out of your repair is to let it dry between uses and not keep it perpetually wet.
We have a 180-day warranty on the functionality of all of the products we sell.
You can purchase an additional repair warranties as an add-on on your way to your cart. These warranties cover your repair work.
To activate a warranty we would need you to email before pictures of your project before we ship the kit. Email after pictures within 30 days and once your project is completed. After this, to make a claim you would need to email us a picture of the failed repair within the timeframe of the warranty. Email to office@tubrepairco.com.
We offer free shipping in the lower 48 states on orders over $100 which would include any of our kits. We ship all products by UPS Ground and it normally takes roughly 3-4 days to receive most packages.
Shipping to Canada will have shipping charges as well as a roughly $90 CAD import/broker charges. We will call and email to confirm you understand this before shipping.
Returns need to be made within 30 days after purchase. To make a return please include your order number in or on the box. Use the original packing and box the kit came in. Ship it by ground to:

This kit should be used while wearing a respirator. Should not be used by Children, Pregnant women, or Breastfeeding women. Products in the kit can be flammable and include aerosol cans so they should be kept away from flames and extreme heat. Please see safety instructions in the instructional library for product safety. The finish on repairs may be smooth and slippery. If the slickness is a concern you should use a shower mat without suction cups and hang the shower mat up when not in use.

All project need 24 hours to cure before putting back to use.
It is recommended not to us bleach on the repair as this can yellow the coating or Comet cleaner as that is an abbraisive.
If you use a shower mat over floor repairs avoid using mats with suction cups as this will stress the coating and cause it to fail. If you use a shower mat it is recommended to hang it up after each use.

The online video could be better, was 2 hours and the quality was a bitmapped, would have been better for more explaining while it was getting done during the video, but it was enough we got the premise of most of it. We did have the instructions and are not new to DIY. It went really well and was not difficult. Patience is best especially when trying to match the paint. A job well done with a quality product. Thank you so much. Would recommend for sure.

Worked as promised. The metal ground the nose helped to shape it well enough that my glasses didn't fog over - a common problem with most masks like this. I highly recommend.
Although I did have a few questions regarding the process, Clayton was very informative and helpful. The tub floor pan looks like new!

Everything went very well except we couldn't get the first paint canister to work. Luckily my son was able to get the second one working (I tried, but couldn't). I was about to get a sponge paint brush and just dab the paint on. All-in-all a huge success. Many, many thanks!

The repairs went OK, as good as I could imagine. The only real challenge I had was the paint matching.
I watched the video and followed all of the instructions and it turned out awesome.
My bad. Had problems mixing colors to get a match. Perhaps more I. Depth video on color matching would be helpful.
Product works amazingly well. Had a giant three way crack on the wall of the tub with a hole in the epicenter. Thought the tub had to be replaced for sure. The repair was easy and it's like it never happened.

Overall easy to use. I am not handy at all and was able to complete it without any issues. I would recommend watching the video about the sprayer system before starting. I didn't have any issues but I can see how some people could if they didn't watch the video.

My shower repair went well. When I drilled the holes (approx. 6) all of them went deep. My shower did not have a shallow layer for some reason. All the holes were about 3 inches deep to the subfloor. I had to use both cans of foam to fill the void where the cracks where. The entire process was very well spelled out and the final product looked good when completed. I was worried about the paint matching since I never did that before but your beige color was almost perfect and I only had to add a bit of white to make it on-point. The sprayer worked like a dream and I had no issues. So far, the patch is holding up fine. I am keeping a close eye on it since the patch was at the transition to one of the built in seats where the floor curved up to form the seat. Not a place I would suspect a crack to develop since I would have thought that was a reinforced area of the fiberglass pan. All in all, it took me 3 days to complete and I am happy with the result. Thank you for providing an excellent product and detailed instructions.
I purchased the product that fixes cracks in tub and shower floors and I couldn't be happier. I had about a six inch V-shaped crack in my shower floor and it is completely repaired. It's really as if the crack was never there. It's amazing, really. But more importantly, the repair is a permanent, very sturdy fix. I should start off saying that if I was able to repair the crack in my tub, you can too. I have always considered myself to be terrible at fixing stuff around the house, so I do not consider myself to be a very handy person. The repair kit I received contained everything needed to repair the shower. You have to spend an hour or so watching the video they provide as a guide, but once you do that the repair is simple. I did refer back to the video for each step of the repair, which was great to be able to do. I also had a question that the video didn't answer so I sent a text to the company and they called me back promptly to answer my question. Besides answering my question, they were extremely courteous and professional. I have to say that I've never worked with a company that had better customer service. Thank you, Tub Repair Company. I couldn't be more satisfied.

Product worked awesome. Only problem had was the glass bottle was broken when arrived, but I was able to overcome that issue and made it work. Using this product was so much easier and cheaper than replacing the tub. I would definitely use this product again.

I can't believe how well the repair came out. The area that was repaired feels stronger than the rest of the tub. The repair area is almost undetectable. I am extremely happy!
We felt that it is a good product and the floor crack kit had more than enough to complete the first job. Due to our mistake, we had to redo the tub and had enough product.

The repair went just as it was shown in the video the company made. It was a super detailed video, and provided may tips. The kit was well put together. I didnt need to run out for additional supplies, they had everything needed start to finish. I would happily use their products in the future and recommend to anyone needing to do a tub repair !
Except for the final painting everything went just like the videos. When the pain canister clogged tub repair answered right away and helped me finish the job

Good mask
Easy peasy. Showed pictures of repair to others who had seen the crack and they couldn’t tell where repair was made. Had them over to the house later and they could barely tell. Only issue is when pumping foam in shallow layer I overdid it and caused a slight hump on drain-side of repair. Just make sure to swipe water out at end of use. 11/10 will use again

I had a big job. I had a tub with plastic jacuzzi jets. They were impossible to keep clean so I wanted to remove them and patch the holes, 9 total. The instructions and the videos really helped. I had everything I needed in the kit. I'm really impressed with how it turned out. You have to look really close to even see where the holes were. I highly recommend this kit.
